Above / Located at 55 South Main Street #375, in Main Street Promenade, the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce has selected four young local leaders to be honored with its 2023 Four Under 40 Achievement Awards.
The Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce (NACC) has announced the winners of its Four Under 40 Achievement Awards. The recipients of this year’s awards are Matt Denton, Isha Elandassery, Mikel L. Mays, and Craig Meyer.
These awards recognize outstanding young professionals who have made remarkable contributions to their respective fields as well as inside the NACC before the age of 40. The recipients were chosen following nominations, a written submission, and an in-person interview, with criteria surrounding NACC involvement, Community Involvement and Leadership, and Excellence in their chosen career.
“It is a privilege to recognize these outstanding achievers who have made significant contributions to the NACC and our community,” said Chris Phalon, Co-Chair of the NACC’s Young Professional Network. “This year’s honorees have demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation, and passion. They represent the future of business in our region.”
Four Under 40 Achievement Award Event
The Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce will celebrate the accomplishments of these individuals from 4:30PM to 6:30PM on June 15, during the Four Under 40 Achievement Awards event at the Cleve Clarney Museum of Art’s Andy Warhol exhibit at the McAninch Arts Center at the College of DuPage. This event, sponsored by NorthStar Wealth Group, presents the award to each honoree while also allowing guests to embark on a journey through 94 works from Andy Warhol Portfolios: A Life in Pop.

Four Under 40 Achievement Award recipients

Matt Denton
Matt Denton, CPA, MBA, age 33, is a Partner and Market Expansion Leader at Sikich LLP. Matt has demonstrated exemplary leadership and strategic thinking in his role. Denton is one of the youngest associates to be elected partner. With his innovative approach, Denton has driven remarkable growth and success for the company, earning him recognition as a key player in the industry.
Isha Elandassery

Isha Elandassery, age 18, is a true trailblazer. Not only is she the founder of Naperville Rising Women in Business (NRWIB), but also a catalyst for empowering teen girls to become the future leaders of tomorrow. She is also the driving force behind Salus Security, a startup dedicated to developing innovative products that ensure the safety of college students on campuses. Additionally, Elandassery played a pivotal role in launching and nurturing the growth of the NACC High School Network where she served as Chair in the past year. Following her recent graduation from Naperville North High School, Elandassery is pursuing a degree in Business Management at Indiana University this fall.
Mikel L. Mays

Mikel L. Mays, age 22, is a remarkable individual making waves as a Project Engineer at Bulley & Andrews. Mays’ passion extends far beyond construction. He is also the President of Mays Music Centre of Excellence, an organization dedicated to providing affordable and accessible high-quality music lessons, programs, and ensembles to the Chicagoland Area. Mays’ journey in Naperville began during his time as a student at North Central College, where he served as student body president, as well as Co-Chair of the NACC College Network. Since then, he has chosen to continue his influential presence in both the music and construction industries, establishing himself as a true standout professional. Mays’ commitment to excellence and his remarkable ability to successfully balance multiple roles truly set him apart from the crowd.

Craig Meyer
Craig Meyer, age 35, is the Co-Founder and CEO of 101 Digital, has successfully built a thriving managed services provider and IT support company. A proud Naperville native, Meyer attributes his success to his unwavering focus on family and health, which enables him to nurture relationships with clients. Craig’s exemplary leadership skills and innovative strategies have propelled his company to new heights, positioning him as a true trailblazer in the business landscape.
“Matt, Isha, Mikel and Craig all embody the spirit of excellence and are setting an example for young professionals in our community,” noted Kaylin Risvold, President and CEO of the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce, in a news release. “These professionals have all showcased remarkable talent, ambition, and dedication in their respective fields. We are grateful they have brought those talents to the NACC and our community.”
