Blanco is an award winning Naperville artist working in multiple mediums. She has membership in local art leagues and guilds. Always learning, she seeks out opportunities and classes as she constantly grows and nurtures her talent. Color is a major component of her practice that includes themes of foreign languages, calligraphy, and abstract compositions. She is often inspired by the organic forms of nature; botanical and animal forms are repeated motifs.
