The National Retail Federation Survey predicts folks will spend a whopping $25.9 billon, even more than $23.9 billion spent in 2022. Do you think that’s a record? Wrong! That said, the number of individuals buying candy for this Valentine’s Day is expected to set a new record high with 57 percent of consumers.
