Original Online Post, Nov. 16, 2022 / The Rotary Club of Naperville, in partnership with the Downtown Naperville Alliance and presented by IntentGen Financial Partners, will hold the annual Holiday Parade of Lights beginning at 7PM on Fri., Nov. 25.

This popular annual holiday parade and tradition welcomes all ages to greet Santa and Mrs. Claus when they arrive to help celebrate the season. Bundle up and enjoy an evening of festivities, brightly decorated floats, and musical entertainment.

This year’s Parade Marshals will be Naperville Police Chief Jason Arres and Naperville Fire Chief Mark Puknaitis. The Parade will feature over 20 local nonprofit organizations with seven floats filled with festive holiday decorations and plenty of lights, organizers said.

The parade route throughout downtown Naperville will begin in the Centennial Beach parking lot and travel east along Jackson Street. The route will then turn left onto Webster north to Van Buren where it will pass by the viewing stand. The parade will go west on Van Buren to the end of the route at Naper School.

Immediately following the parade Santa and Mrs. Claus will visit with kids inside the Naperville Public Library, lower level until 9PM.

All proceeds from the parade will go to local nonprofit organizations. For more information, visit napervillerotaryparade.org or email questions to parade@napervillerotary.com.

Simply drop off a letter addressed to Santa, including a list of holiday wishes with name and return address, and Santa’s elves magically will fast-track letters to the North Pole for review. Best of all, kids will receive a personalized note in the mail acknowledging receipt. No postage required or cost. Just remember to include your return address.

Then plan to enjoy the Ho, Ho, Holiday season and all the bright lights!
