The Naperville Hose Company One will host its annual fundraiser at Lou Malnati’s on Thurs., Sept. 15, 2022. Simply mention “Naperville Hose Company” when ordering.
“The Naperville Hose Company One is a nonprofit organization made up of retired and active Naperville Firefighters.,” noted Mike Rafferty for Naperville Hose Company One. “Hose Company One is actually the original name of the fire department which was formed in 1874.”
Funds raised by Naperville Hose Company One are used to maintain the archives of the Naperville Fire Department and maintain the Joe Naper Hand Pumper (which was the very first piece of firefighting apparatus the City purchased back in 1874) and the 1924 Ahrens Fox Pumper along with many other historical items from the fire department.
Lou Malnati’s is generously donating 20 percent of each sale at its two Naperville locations, 131 W. Jefferson Ave. and 2879 95th Street, as well as online orders. (Again, mention the Hose Company when ordering.)
Order food from Lou Malnatis on Sept. 15 and support the history of the Naperville Fire Department.
