Naperville Park District announces a new promotion for job applicants for seasonal positions. Individuals who apply by April 15, 2022, and are hired for an eligible position will receive a $100 signing bonus in their first paycheck. Positions eligible for the bonus include lifeguards, tennis instructors, and jobs in golf operations and maintenance, trades, custodial and park maintenance.

Interested applicants may view open positions and apply at www.napervilleparks.org/employment.

Job referrer’s benefit, too…

Note also that the Park District is continuing its offer to award a $100 Park District gift card to anyone who refers an applicant who is hired by the District. The applicant simply needs to include the referrer’s name and phone number on the job application. The Park District then will call the referrer to ensure delivery of the gift card after the applicant’s first day of work. To be eligible for a gift card, the completed job application must be received by May 1, 2022.

The Park District provides seasonal employment that gives teens valuable work experience and skill development and offers adults an excellent work environment with flexible hours.
