Above / Wentz Concert Hall and Madden Theatre are located in North Central College Fine and Performing Arts Center, located at 171 E. Chicago Ave., just steps from downtown Naperville. Pfeiffer Hall is located at 310 E. Benton.

Spencer Paysinger introduces Black History Month

The North Central College campus and community are invited to 2022 Black History Month events, including a keynote address by Spencer Paysinger (now available Click here online), and the 34th Annual Gospel Extravaganza A6 3PM on Sat., Feb. 19.

Gospel – Feb. 19

3PM Sat., Feb. 19: 34th Annual Gospel Extravaganza in Wentz Concert Hall

Members of the community will get the chance to welcome back an in-person musical event featuring North Central College’s Voices of Praise Gospel Choir. This fun-filled event will bring together old friends, new voices and the best gospel choirs in Chicago. Voices of Praise will be accompanied by the musical stylings of Wheaton College’s Gospel Choir and Lewis University’s Gospel Choir. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 senior citizens and free to students and children. Tickets are available online.

Masks will be required to attend, regardless of vaccination status.

North Central College’s Performance Series 

The Performance Series continues live and in person this February, featuring comedy and more. The event lineup includes a variety of shows, artists and ensembles across disciplines such as jazz, family, pop, reggae and cabaret.

Tickets for individual performances and season subscriptions are on sale now. Patrons who purchase three or more shows save up to 20 percent on performances by becoming a season subscriber. To purchase a season subscription, call the Box Office at 630-637-SHOW (7469) or stop by the Box Office located in the Fine Arts Center at 171 E. Chicago Ave.
