The Planning and Zoning Commission (PZC) will hold a public hearing on the revised Land Use Master Plan at its meeting at 7PM tonight, Jan. 19, in Council Chambers of the Naperville Municipal Center, 400 S. Eagle St.

At its Dec. 15, 2021, meeting, the PZC continued the hearing to tonight’s meeting.

The updated plan includes a future land use map with low-, medium- and high-density residential designations, as well as a reduced number of key sites due to project approvals and construction that have taken place. Meeting materials are available here.

The land use master plan is available for download here or by visiting the comprehensive master plan project web page at www.naperville.il.us/projects-in-naperville/master-plan-update/. (Editor’s Note: The draft plan is presented on 107 pages. We found it’s actually faster to read if time is taken to print a copy.)

Attendees must follow all COVID-19 protocols. Watch live on WCNC (Ch. 6 – WOW, Ch. 10 – Comcast, Ch. 99 – AT&T) or online at https://naperville.legistar.com/Calendar.aspx.
