Fry Family YMCA is excited to announce our new Aquatics & Sports Manager, Chad Ganden.
Chad has lived in Naperville most of his life. He attended Naperville North High School and swam for their team all four years of high school.
After graduating high school, Chad attended Michigan State University earning a degree in communications while also swimming for the University. After college, Chad had a short career in lease financing before going back to school for Physical Education at North Central College. While studying for a new career path, Chad remained connected to his passion for swimming through coaching JV Boys Swimming at Benet, and being the Head Boys Swimming and Water Polo coach at Waubonsie Valley High School.
Chad then taught at Joliet Elementary for three years before he and his wife had their second child, which led him back to the pool. Since then, Chad has been coaching for Fox Swim and was the Head Coach for Neuqua Valley Boys Water Polo Team.
As you can already see, Chad comes to the Fry Family YMCA with extensive education and experience with children and families in and out of the pool. He is ready and excited to create and implement high-quality, safe aquatics and sports experiences for the Fry Family YMCA members and program participants.
Here are some of the fun things we have planned for you to look forward to this Fall: Group Swim, Swim League, Water Exercise Classes, Youth Basketball, Semi-Private and Private Swim Lessons.
