I love the holidays. Especially the cheer and goodwill that is such an inherent part of this time of year.
Personally, I find myself reflecting on all the good in my life during the holidays. Amidst all the restrictions, mitigations and pivoting that has now become a regular part of life for us all, I find that the things I have been most grateful for in the past are still what I am most grateful for today.
In my personal life, family and friends are at the top of the list. Though how and when I see them has changed, I am grateful for their love and support.
As a member of the Western DuPage Special Recreation Association (WDSRA) family, I am grateful for the support of everyone who has touched the lives of our participants and families. If you chose to share your time and talents with our participants by volunteering with WDSRA… thank you. Perhaps you joined our team of seasonal staff and have worked in one of our many programs… thank you. Possibly you made a donation, attended an event or connected us to others…thank you. Or maybe you have told someone else about WDSRA who then connected with us… I am grateful for you.
And to all our participants and families, I am so grateful that you have allowed WDSRA the privilege of being part of your support network.

Your gift will ensure the necessary technology is in place to provide quality virtual programs; supply individual program boxes so participants can be hands on with activities; ensure proper PPE is always available; and supply individual program materials are available rather than shared materials.
