Located on the CityGate campus is Naperville’s only boutique hotel: Hotel Arista. It has been ranked as a Forbes, AAA and US News & World Report-rated luxury hotel. They are also Illinois’ first LEED-certified hotel and also GreenSeal-certified.
The first thing you notice when you walk into a hotel is the atmosphere and the service. At Hotel Arista, Cynthia Bock, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, says their main goal is to serve and take care of the guests.
“We know (guests) have a choice, and we don’t take that for granted. Our team’s ‘Can Do’ attitude helps to ensure our guests stay is positive and memorable,” she adds.
Hotel Arista offers more than just a place to rest your head. The hotel has a spa to relax at after a long day of business meetings or exploring Naperville; there’s a full-service fitness center; and, after a long day, enjoy a meal at one of the four upscale and casual restaurants on CityGate’s campus.

Additionally, the Hotel Arista can host weddings — up to 300 guests, corporate meetings and community events.
Most notably, Bock mentions that the fundraiser, Operation Support Our Troops’ Over the Edge, was hosted at the hotel last year and had 100 participants rappelling down the side of the building. She also notes that in the spring, Hotel Arista is breaking ground for a luxury apartment building that will include a rooftop event space, accommodating up to 750 guests.
In terms of meeting space, Bock says they “deliver what guests are looking for: choice and flexibility.”
