Update, Feb. 10, 2020 / Considering the unfortunate closure of NOAH’S Event Venue this past weekend, the Naperville Convention and Visitors Bureau (NCVB) can assist in finding a new venue for your upcoming nuptials and events. Naperville is home to various banquet spaces, including multiple hotels, country clubs, restaurants and more.

The NCVB team of specialized event planners is more than ready to find a venue to accommodate your needs in a timely manner. On the behalf of our clients, the NCVB can reach out to the venues to check availability and pricing for the day of your event.

NCVB  offers the following complimentary services:
• Site selection and site tours
• Bid proposals
• Event coordination
• Welcome bags for your guests

Naperville has 65 meeting facilities — perfectly equipped for weddings, meetings or conferences and tailored to fit your needs.

Plus, they had info on 19 Naperville hotels for overnight stays for all those special occasions associated with weddings and more.

Update, Jan. 18, 2018 / Naper Settlement Wedding Showcase returns from 10AM to 3PM today, Jan. 18, 2020. Meet wedding planners from nearly 60 vendors with many reasons to celebrate your nuptials in Naperville any season of the year.

The showcase is set at several locations on Naper Settlement’s grounds, including the Pre-Emption House’s Tavern, Heritage Gallery, and Naper Gallery; and Century Memorial Chapel, a historic, nondenominational chapel available for ceremony rentals.

Original Post, Dec. 13, 2019 / The air has a bite to it. Snow has begun to sparkle on the ground. And lights and decorations line the streets of Naperville. This scene could only mean one thing: the holiday season is upon us. With the holidays in full swing, it’s the perfect time to pop the question to the one you love with a holiday proposal.

Saying “yes” comes with months of wedding planning — don’t stress out quite yet. There’s a solution to help with all your wedding planning needs: The Naper Settlement Wedding Showcase. The showcase will take place January 18, 2020, at Naper Settlement.

The Naperville Convention and Visitors Bureau (NCVB), along with various hotels and banquet spaces, will be there to help you prepare for the big day with an abundance of information about different venue options.

Naperville has many different and unique venues from which to choose. With hotels, country clubs, banquet halls and much more, there is something to spark everybody’s fancy. From a small to a large wedding, there is a space in Naperville that will help make your dreams a reality.

Naperville Country Club, Cress Creek Country Club, White Eagle Golf Club and Tamarack Golf Club are perfect for those couples who wish to marry with the beautiful greenery as a backdrop, accommodating anywhere between 10 to 350 people.

If you’re looking for something more traditional, Naperville is lucky to have four hotels with banquet space: Embassy Suites (accommodates up to 1,000), Hotel Arista (accommodates up to 350), Hotel Indigo’s Elements (accommodates up to 230) and the Marriott (accommodates up to 750). Each hotel offers catering for the reception dinner. After the reception, your guests can conveniently retire to their rooms.

Additionally, Naperville is home to various banquet spaces, such as NOAHS Event Venue (now closed), North Central College, Northern Illinois University Conference Center, Pavilion at Meson Sabika and more.
