Wow. It’s August! Where did the time go? We’ve had a great summer. Events like Puppy Playtime and Puppy Pool Party have been so much fun! And there’s more planned this month.
We’re celebrating our ninth year in the rescue world. We are so excited to be having an ADOPTION REUNION! From 1 to 4PM on Sat., Aug. 17. Mark it on your calendar! We want to see as many of our alumni as possible!
This year Elanna Bradley will be here to meet everyone who attends. We’re planning lots of activities and we’ll be giving out prizes and gift bags. Treats for humans and animals, too! It means so much to us to see these animals once they are yours.
I recently counted pet stores within two miles of Dog Patch. There are eight. If you add Target, Meijer and the lot, there’s a saturated market. Then add in Chewys and Amazon. It’s getting tough out here, folks.
Your continued support of Dog Patch means so much more now than ever! I just don’t see how we (pet stores) can all survive. Your support gives us confidence that we will be left standing when the dust settles.
