The Naperville Jaycees hope all ages are ready for Frank E’s Fling Mile at the Last Fling!

The Fling Mile will begin at 8:30AM on Mon., Sept., 2, in advance of the Last Fling Labor Day Parade, in Downtown Naperville.

The run steps off just south of the intersection of Main Street and Jefferson Avenue (217 S Main Street).

This race is a one-mile out and back course that is flat and fast and is fun for runners of all ages and
families.

Organizers invite runners to follow www.lastfling.org/Races to complete the required $25 registration for this chip-timed race. Overall and age category winners will be announced after the event.

Frank E. Fling gets around town and he’s looking for runners! You’ll also see him on the cover of the August 2019 issue of Positively Naperville, soon to be delivered around town, too. Cheers to Dog Days and fond farewells!

Themed race medals are available on a first-come-first-served basis so don’t delay registering.

Race registration is open until Midnight on September 1, 2019.

Editor’s Note / The Jaycees Last Fling Labor Day Parade will follow the run from 10AM to 11:30AM. The deadline to apply for a place in the parade is July 31. This year’s Labor Day Parade will pay tribute to Loaves & Fishes Community Service as the nonprofit organization celebrates 35 years.
