Naperville Jaycees Announce Ticketing Information for 2019 Last Fling

Above / Last Thursday many members of the Jaycees Last Fling Executive Committee met at the new Naperville Jaycees Park, eager to announce information for the 2019 Last Fling. The annual four-day family-friendly festival will be held Aug. 30 through Sept. 2. The Naperville Jaycees Last Fling will welcome festival goers to their 2019 event for only $10 per person, organizers say. Tickets now are on sale via www.lastfling.org.

“The Jaycees have been considering restructuring the ticketing cost structure of the Last Fling for many years,” stated Executive Director, Tyler Peterson, in a news release. “With the help of both Naperville City and Park Officials, we have been able to arrive at something we are excited to share with the community for 2019.”

Public Relations Co-Chair, Karen Coleman added, “With additional beverage options including mixed cocktails, we wanted to be sure to add a layer of security and convenience for our patrons!”

Each $10 ticket will afford one-day access to the attractions within Family Fun Land, musical acts on the Block Party Stage, Art Expo – new for 2019, all Food and Business Expo Vendors; plus, entrance to the Main Stage located on Rotary Hill on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

Access to Carnival and all rides therein remains free admission as well as entry to patrons aged 12 and under with paid adult.

Also New for 2019 / $30 All-Weekend Passes

All-weekend passes also will be available for $30 each for purchase on or before August 29, 2019, via the event website. Entrance gates will be added along several main traffic arteries, including but not limited to Jackson Avenue at Main and Eagle Streets. Specifics relating to exact gate locations and entry requirements soon will be available via www.lastfling.org. Organizers hope all festival-goers planning to attend will check back for further details.

Naperville Jaycees

The Naperville Jaycees is a nonprofit service organization with more than 100 young persons dedicated to providing Naperville area residents with the opportunity to better themselves and to grow personally and professionally while giving through community service and fundraising efforts. Annual events include: Rock the Mic, East Egg Hunt, Lobster Day and countless other worthwhile projects that positively impact the community.

The group also organizes and staffs the Last Fling in close cooperation with the City of Naperville, the Naperville Park District, numerous Naperville community organizations and hundreds of volunteers. Proceeds from
the Last Fling are given to other nonprofit organizations in Naperville and surrounding communities.

Over the past two decades, the Naperville Jaycees have raised and donated more than two million dollars to various organizations in the surrounding communities.
