The Exchange Club of Naperville’s Ribfest is now set with four nights of live entertainment, July 3-6, throughout Knoch Park, mindful that the Exchange Club of Naperville’s Ribfest will begin a new chapter in 2020.

Organizers say that before the new chapter begins, Ribfest is writing its 2019 chapter in bold form for its closing night, Sat., July 6.

On May 16, Bad Company, announced it will headline on the Navistar Main Stage in the North Park on July 6, noting more entertainment would be coming soon.

Now Ribfest fans know the Navistar Main Stage in the North Park also will be brimming with additional talents of ZZ Ward, Grand Funk Railroad and the Empty Pockets.

“We’ve literally loaded the lineup for our last night in Knoch with hours of amazing and diverse vocal and instrumental artists.  There is something for everyone on Saturday,” says Pete Paulsen, co-chair of 2019 Ribfest, along with Sandy Rocush.

Patrons are encouraged to buy now as general admission ticket prices increase $10 on Mon., June 17.

About ZZ Ward

Evocative of blues grit and hip-hop bounce, the Los Angeles-based vocal powerhouse and multi-instrumentalist ZZ Ward will open for Bad Company.

About Grand Funk Railroad

David Fricke, Rolling Stone Magazine, says it best, “You cannot talk about rock in the 1970s without talking about Grand Funk Railroad!”

About Empty Pockets

Sincerity, pathos and powerhouse vocals. The Empty Pockets’ often cerebral and sometimes playful indie rock sound is built upon a strong foundation of the timeless Americana, Blues, and Soul that came before them.
