UrgiKids, located at 2835 Showplace Drive in Naperville Crossings, just north of 95th Street, has achieved Accreditation through the Urgent Care Association (UCA), which is the highest level of distinction for urgent care centers.
UrgiKids provides patients with walk-in, extended-hour medical attention with licensed pediatric providers for a large scope of medical conditions and have met all of the Urgent Care Association’s established standards and criteria for quality of patient care, safety, and scope of services.

UrgiKids accepts unscheduled, walk-inpatients during all hours of operation.
When a medical condition cannot be handled by a patient’s regular doctor – such as unexpected cuts, burns,sprains or fractures that do not require a visit to the emergency department, UrgiKids Pediatric Urgent Care is equipped with x-ray, laboratory services and licensed pediatric providers are always available to perform minor procedures like splinting and suturing. Urgent care fills the gap between primary care and hospital emergency rooms, offering increased convenience and cost savings.
With its accreditation, UrgiKids and the Urgent Care Association demonstrate their commitment toward providing patients with access to quality care of the highest level.
UrgiKids since 2018 / Open 365 Days a Year
UrgiKids is among the first women-owned urgent cares in the country and is founded by two mothers, Dr. Seema Awatramani and Dr. Kelly Cleary, who are board certified in Pediatric Emergency Medicine. UrgiKids is also among the first urgent cares specializing in Pediatrics in the state of Illinois.
Having pediatric-focused care means that families can be sure that their children are being treated by licensed providers that have a deep understanding both of medical ailments that affect children as well as the impact of illness on children and families. UrgiKids opened its doors in February 2018 and hopes to expand to other markets in the Chicago area.
UrgiKids is open during hours that are convenient for families. Clinic hours are 12/Noon to 10PM on weekdays and 10AM to 8PM on weekends and holidays, 365 days a year. Major insurances such as BlueCross/BlueShield, United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna, and Tricare are accepted.
