-

Above / During the Annual Veterans Day Concert on Nov. 11 performed by the Naperville Municipal Band at Wentz Concert Hall, Bill Rickert, Executive Director of Operation Support Our Troops, was on hand to accept donations for Care and Comfort Packages to benefit Operation Support Our Troops America programs.

Members of Operation Support Our Troops America welcome the community to kick off the holiday season beginning at 7PM Sat., Dec. 1, during the annual Little Friends Parade of Lights in downtown Naperville.

Folks are invited to join OSOT during this festive and fun parade, a tradition brought to the community by Little Friends in partnership with the Downtown Naperville Alliance. Santa and Mrs. Claus will be on hand to celebrate the season.

Bundle up and enjoy an evening of festivities, brightly illuminated floats and musical entertainment.

Anyone who wishes to join OSOT in the parade is invited to email Sandy by Clicking Here.  Click here for more information about the Little Friends Parade of Lights.

Operation Support Our Troops America since 2003

Founded in 2003, Operation Support Our Troops America (OSOT-America) serves a mission “to support the morale and well-being of American forces by providing comfort, resources and education to them and their families both while they are deployed in harm’s way and after their return.”

The volunteer-based nonprofit organization provides opportunities for the community to express gratitude in support for troops.

Engaged in the longest war of this nation’s history, and mindful that many servicemen and women complete multiple tours of duty, OSOT America is committed to showing all military that “We have not forgotten.”
