“If ‘thank you’ is the only prayer you ever say, it would be enough.”
This quote has been attributed to Tolle, Winfrey and Wiesel. I first remember reading something similar in a Mutt’s cartoon by Patrick McDonnell. Whether it was said by a cartoon dog, an acclaimed author or Oprah herself, it has stayed with me for years and resonates loudest this month.
Everyone has something to find gratitude in if we look close enough. We can be grateful for health, homes, full bellies or simply our breath. At Turning Pointe, we do not need to look very far to find appreciation.
We are grateful for the chance to journey with a diverse group of remarkable families. Families that love fiercely, fight compassionately and above all trust their precious children to us to teach. Thank you.
We are grateful for the dedicated teachers, clinicians, interventionists, and administrators that dedicate their craft to our students’ success. Our professionals care so much you might even mistake their work for love. Thank you.
But at Turning Pointe, we are most grateful for the community – you – that makes the chance to teach possible.
Together, we create positive outcomes and inspire independence for capable, hard working students. Thank you.
