Above / Walk this way to explore the soon-to-be-distant colors of autumn all along the Naperville Riverwalk as the winding brick path follows the DuPage River from Hillside Road to Jefferson Avenue. Riverwalk fountains will be turned off this weekend for the winter season.

360 Youth Services invites you to the agency’s Annual Gala “Champions for Youth” that will take place on Friday, November 2, 2018 at the Embassy Suites-Naperville. PIctured here with members of Rotary 4:44 who braved Halloween to attend their weekly meeting, writer John Everson will be among Naperville residents presenting stories about publishing on Local Author Day, at the 95th Street Library. On Halloween, Everson told the group of Naperville Rotarians that his inspiration, at times, has come from writing in one of the snugs at Quigley’s Irish Pub, an acknowledgment that is written in the forward of some of his books.

Meet John Everson and other hometown authors, learn about the publishing world, the unique facets of genre styles and creative mediums, and purchase signed copies of creative materials and enjoy a knowledge-filled afternoon. First, from noon to 1:30PM, A Publishing World Panel Discussion will present panelists addressing many avenues to publishing, “providing insight into this murky realm.” Then at 2:30PM a Breaking Boundaries Panel Discussion will feature different genre voices and media styles discussing ways to reach audiences using different forms of creative media.
