Above / History and farming tours will be offered during an Open House 2-4PM Sun., Sept. 23, at McDonald Farm, located at 10S404 Knoch Knolls Rd. in Naperville.
A free Open House at McDonald Farm, The Conservation Foundation’s Naperville headquarters, will include tours of the Farm’s history and green features from 2PM to 4PM on Sun., Sept. 23.
Tours of all the natural areas of the Farm will highlight its rich local history and sustainable features such as solar energy, wind turbine, and rainwater harvesting, and also the Green Earth Institute’s organic farming and Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program in the surrounding fields.

Activities & Snacks for all ages
There’ll be activities for children, light refreshments and snacks, and a chance to meet with some of The Conservation Foundation staff to learn more about conservation programs.
