The Naperville YMCA is proud to be an organization which provides training and leadership opportunities for young adults who are part of our staff teams. Over a quarter of our staff teams are comprised of teens/young adults dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those we work with each day. Through their experiences as employees, not only are they contributing to the mission of the YMCA and making a positive impact on our community, but they are also enhancing their personal development. They are developing their decision making skills, and interpersonal and life management skills.
