Thanks for reading… and for shopping locally!

As always, thanks for visiting this website and reading PN. Thanks, too, for supporting the local business community whenever possible. Put your money where your heart is, right here in your hometown.

Get to know your local independent businesses, too, the group that meets at Kreger’s Brat & Sausage Haus at 6PM on the first Monday of the most months. Member businesses display a bright red sign that promotes independence such as the one on the front door at Kreger’s.

Please note… On July 9, an irregular “second Monday meeting” is scheduled due to Independence Day. The program will feature a presentation by Terry Quain, Co-leader, Greater Naperville Area Chapter, regarding developments with Citizens’ Climate Lobby.

Also note that coming soon, all during July, families can play “Find Waldo” and kids can win prizes by keeping track on a “Bingo Card” where they catch Waldo hiding through Naperville’s independent business community. Watch for a new set of local participants with individual ideas and new rules coming soon. For starters, Bingo Cards will be available at Anderson’s Bookshop beginning July 1, 2018.

And in the words of Dan Casey, owner of Casey’s Foods, “Support your local businesses and you’ll always live a nice community.”
