Little Friends Center for Autism announces Summer Social Skills Groups

-

Above / Little Friends Center for Autism is located at 140 N. Wright Street in Naperville.

As April wraps up its focus on Autism Awareness, look forward to summer opportunities for children and teens to enhance social skills at Little Friends Center for Autism.

Little Friends Center for Autism (LFCA) offers a variety of social skills groups for children and teens. These unique groups provide an opportunity for children to interact with others in a structured play setting to learn friendship skills, such as using eye contact, greeting others, taking turns, winning and losing, and engaging in simple to more complex conversation. All groups are led by professionals who specialize in social language and social skills.

Little Friends professionals will meet with all children and teens before placing them in a group to make sure the group meets their needs. Groups run as six-week sessions. The cost is $275.00 for all six weeks.

For more information, call Gale at (630) 305-4196 ext. 5 or Patti Boheme at (630) 305-4196 ext. 3. Groups will be offered at Little Friends Center for Autism, located at 140 N. Wright Street in Naperville.
