On Monday, March 12, at approximately 8PM Naperville Police Department officers responded to the 2100 block of Allegre Circle for the report of an armed robbery that had just occurred.
It was reported that two offenders, one of which displayed a handgun, approached the victim as he sat in his vehicle with his 4-year-old child and demanded his cell phone and keys to the vehicle. The victim and his child exited the vehicle and the two offenders fled the area in the vehicle, a red 2016 Nissan Rogue. No one was injured in this incident.
The offenders are described as follows:
Suspect #1: Black Male, approximately 20 years old, 5’05”-5’09”, dark skin, thin build, dark curly hair. Wearing an unknown color hooded sweatshirt.
Suspect #2: Black Male, approximately 20 years old, shorter than Suspect #1, wearing a mask, a hooded sweatshirt, armed with a handgun.
In such instances, the Naperville Police urges residents to comply with all demands and not do anything that would jeopardize your personal safety.
