The following announcement was presented to the community fromĀ Debra Lellbach, President of theĀ 360 Youth Services Board of Directors, on Mon., Jan. 8, 2018.

Dear Friends of 360 Youth Services,

Harley Jones

I hope the first week of the new year has treated you well. Here at 360 Youth Services, we are pleased to announce we’re jumping into 2018 with some big changes, in what we expect will be an incredibly strong and exciting year of continued growth and success.

In particular, I would like to share with you that today our 360 Youth Services Board of Directors has officially appointed Harley Jones as our new chief executive officer. Harley joins our team following more than 13 years of experience in progressive leadership positions at non-profit organizations. Most recently, he served as the Regional Disaster Officer of the Chicago and Northern Illinois Chapter of the Red Cross, one of the top five largest chapters in the country.

A Naperville native, Jones will build upon his extensive professional experience with youth and families as he prepares to lead our agency forward.

Harley will work closely with our 360 Youth Services’ Board of Directors to provide strategic vision, while overseeing all of the agency’s operations and programs. I have full faith that Harley’s leadership will keep 360 Youth Services robust and on the path to serve youth in our region.

The other major change in our office involves a more familiar face.Ā  While interviewing for our new CEO, we decided to integrate our leadership structure to better provide important resources for our young people. We have decided to knit services more tightly together across our housing, prevention, and counseling departments. Deb Robertson has been promoted to executive director of Child Welfare and Programming and will lead these core programs.

There is no one better than Deb for this role. She has been a key member of our agency for nearly 20 years with increasing responsibilities that most recently included oversight for the agency’s transitional housing program, which she started in 2000. This structural change will enable our staff to provide a 360-degree continuum of service for a broader number of youth and their families.

Our Mission is to provide life-changing services to youth through substance abuse prevention education, counseling and housing.

With all that is going on here, and all we have in store, it is hard to believe it’s only the second week of the new year. I can’t wait to see how the next few months unfold as we continue to grow and make a serious impact on youth in the area by meeting them where they are. Thank you for your continued support of 360 Youth Services and the work we do.

Sincerely,
Debra Lellbach
President of the Board
