NAPERVILLE, Ill. — On September 15, 2017, at approximately 1:41PM, Naperville Police Officers were dispatched to 500 block Fort Hill Drive (Between Aurora and W. Jefferson avenues), Naperville for a report of a male customer covertly recording females in a store.
Officers arrived on scene and identified the subject as Daniel Martinez, age 36, of Naperville.
Subsequent investigation implicated Martinez in this incident and he was arrested and charged with two counts of Disorderly Conduct.
The Naperville Police Department is looking for anyone else who might have had contact with Martinez at the 500 block of Fort Hill today or any other local retail establishments recently.

The Naperville Police wish to remind the public and the news media that a charge is merely an accusation, and a defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
