Naperville Police make arrest for public indecency

Above / Naperville Police respond and make arrest for public indecency on Fort Hill Drive between Aurora and Jefferson.

NAPERVILLE, Ill. — On Friday, August 18, 2017 at approximately 10:12AM Naperville Police were dispatched to a business in the 500 Block of Fort Hill Drive for a report of a subject who had exposed himself to a customer.

Upon arrival officers located a subject matching the description leaving the area and approached him. Further investigation confirmed this was the suspect and he was subsequently arrested.

The suspect is identified as David Lindeman, 68, of Naperville. He was charged with one count of Public Indecency, a misdemeanor.

The Naperville Police wish to remind the public and the news media that a charge is merely an accusation, and a defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
