Barrett’s Technology Solutions is a 51-year-old company started by Joe’s dad, a successful appliance salesperson who saw an opportunity to go out on his own with the advent of color television. Today, the firm is among the longest-standing consumer electronics dealers in Chicagoland and Joe attributes that to service.
“People can be intimidated by what they want or what they have and frustration can be high,” he says. “Our residential technology Design Center, commercial division and post-sales support are set up to educate clients on what is possible and then to design solutions that work for them. We take that responsibility seriously.”
