Through June 10, Art exhibit: NCC will showcase artwork by senior students majoring in art through June 10 in the College’s Oesterle Library Gallery, 420 E. School St. Call (630) 637-5700 for gallery hours and more information.

June 9, Transfer information session: NCC will host an information session Friday, June 9, for transfer students. Visitors can learn about academic choices, transfer admission process, scholarships and financial aid. Registration begins at 9:30AM in Smith Hall at Old Main, 30 N. June 9-11, 16-18, 23-25, Theatre: Brightside Theatre presents “Guys and Dolls” at 8PM June 9-10, 16-17 and 23-24 and at 3PM June 11, 18 and 25 in NCC’s theatre at Meiley-Swallow Hall, 31 S. Ellsworth St. For more information visit brightsidetheatre.com.

June 10, Commencement: NCC’s 152nd Commencement ceremony for undergraduate and graduate students will take place at 10AM Saturday, June 10, in the Residence Hall/Recreation Center, 440 S. Brainard St. Doors open at 8:30AM for guest seating and the processional begins at 9:40AM. The ceremony also will be broadcast live online. June 12-Aug. 13, Summer camps: NCC offers a variety of summer camps and workshops beginning as early as June 12 with many sessions starting in July. June 20, Fine & performing arts season launch: Single-event tickets go on sale for NCC’s new 2017-2018 Fine & Performing Arts Season at 10AM Tuesday, June 20. Some of the featured shows include Wynonna & The Big Noise band, Art Garfunkel, Branford Marsalis, Kevin Eubanks, The Tenors and many more. The new lineup of artists and ticket information will be accessible online June 20 at northcentralcollege.edu/show. June 20, Graduate programs open house: NCC will host an open house for those interested in our six graduate degree programs in business administration, education, leadership studies, liberal studies, occupational therapy, and nonprofit management and leadership. June 26, Visit Day: High school students and their parents or guardians are invited to attend NCC’s Visit Day on Monday, June 26. Registration begins at 9:15AM in the Wentz Concert Hall lobby, 171 E. Chicago Ave., and concludes with lunch at noon. High-achieving students are invited to an optional session at 9AM. Visitors can take a walking tour and attend informative sessions on financial aid, academic highlights and student life.
