North Central College presents four performances of its production of “The Navigator” at 7:30PM April 20-22 and at 2PM April 23 in the theatre in Meiley-Swallow Hall, 31 S. Ellsworth St. Written by Eddie Antar and directed by Laura Lodewyck, North Central’s assistant professor of theatre, the story follows a man who begins to question what control he has over his life after his GPS system begins to instruct him about major life changes. The regularly scheduled Naperville Area Homeowners Confederation Monthly meeting will be Saturday morning at 8 AM in meeting room B of the Naperville Municipal Center. Every April, members of Naperville’s City Council are invited to join the NAHC “off the dais” for an opportunity to have a dialogue on the future of our community. In addition to the incumbents, newcomer Benny White who won a seat on April 4 was invited. This is an excellent opportunity for homeowners to interact with their elected representatives, learn more about stands and viewpoints, and gain insights into the community issues and opportunities that Council will address in the coming months.

The 2nd Annual Naperville Womens Half Marathon & 5k from North Central College is open to all Runners and Walkers. The event course will take athletes through downtown the neighborhoods of Naperville. The race will start at North Central College and athletes will cross the finish on the track inside the beautiful Benedetti-Wehrli Stadium. Watch for road closures Sunday morning. Naperville Municipal Band Spring Concert – 3PM Sunday, April 30, at Wentz Concert Hall  | Free

The Naperville Municipal Band, conducted by Ron Keller, presents its fourth indoor concert of the year prior to its summer outdoor series of 11 concerts in Central Park that begins June 8, 2017.  Emcee Ann Lord again will provide the narration as the 100-piece band performs with special guest professional vocalist and internationally- acclaimed soprano Cindy Halgrimson.
