Focus on Safety – Senior Housing Options Expo is April 28

-

Are you envisioning what you want your future lifestyle to be? Are you interested in knowing more about the services we have in our community to help you age-in-place? Are you anticipating decisions about whether to move out of your current home—but aren’t sure what the next step might be? Do you want to downsize and not have your “stuff” control you and your time? Or are you an adult child who wants to help your parents transition out of their home and into a more supportive living environment?

If you answered “YES” to any of these questions, please join us for the 2nd Annual Senior Housing Options Expo (SHOE) from 9AM to noon on Friday, April 28. This year, SHOE will held at Grace Point Church, 1320 Chicago Ave. Naperville, IL.

This informative, engaging expo is a free opportunity for senior citizens and their caregivers to learn about the many senior housing options available in the Naperville area.

Participants are invited to visit with more than 35 agencies that are dedicated to helping seniors enjoy their desired living experience. Participants may come and go as they please to gain information about home modifications for safety and convenience, independent living and downsizing, senior residences and care units, transportation choices, home sharing, adult day care and much more.

This free event is sponsored by Naperville & Lisle Townships Triad.
