As you begin your holiday shopping in downtown Naperville, I am writing about a new Pizza restaurant in downtown Naperville called MOD Pizza.
Mod’s is located at 103 S. Washington Street in Naperville. Their hours are 10:30AM to 9PM, Sunday – Thursday from 10:30AM to 10PM on Friday & Saturday.
In 2008 a couple from Seattle began the MOD pizza. Their inspiration was the love for pizza, simple pleasures, along with their need to feed four hungry boys. They wanted to figure out how to make good tasting pizza super-fast.
Next was the fun part – how to make the experience unique. Well, they have nailed both of those! My experience with MOD was a delightful and fast one.
I ordered the MOD’s version of the Hawaiian pizza. This was very unique. It has ham, Canadian bacon, regular bacon, pepperoni and pineapple. Lots of meat which never disappoints!! Also, I always ask for the red sauce because it generally comes with the BBQ sauce which is just personal preference for me. From ordering to receiving your pizza is somewhere between 5 and 7 minutes.
MOD’s is another fast place for us high school seniors to go on our lunch. And it is delicious piping hot pizza! If you are looking for a fast food pizza joint with a unique experience, please try MOD pizza and tell them Jack the foodie sent ya!
