Just Coyotes – 8PM | $6
Frankie’s Blue Room – 16 W Chicago Ave Naperville, IL 60540
Just Coyotes are a Chicago-based alternative country band. An amalgam of roots music in traditions that make up the American musical ethos. Our sound is merged from folk, country & rhythm and blues. Just Coyotes style developed in 2011 as a reaction to the highly polished sound that defined the mainstream music of that genre. As a band, they were not interested in the current commercial format of country music, so they crafted their sound in a traditional ‘Americana’ style. Just Coyote’s music incorporates elements of various American roots music styles, including country, roots-rock, folk, bluegrass, R&B and blues, resulting in a distinctive roots-oriented sound that lives in a world apart from the pure forms of the genres.
