Journey with Autism – Risking kindness

-

We are living in a world that places a high value on finding out the most personal details about a person and their life. With the help of social media and news that focuses on feeding us gossip that passes as necessary information, we have become a society that is addicted to hearing about low points in people’s lives.

People who are famous are especially targets, but it seems like right now everyone is fair game. Online bullying and shaming is enough to leave victims ill or worse. How do we lessen poison of this going for ugliness?
Truly it’s as simple as risking kindness.

Giving friends, family and strangers a very special compliment. Defying the trend by refusing to participate in the trashing of others. Living prepared to bringing highly needed praise and sharing these small gestures of kindness can now turn this tide from hurt to healing.
