The Exchange Club Board of Directors recently approved the addition of a Sponsorship Manager to the Ribfest Sponsorship Committee. This position will work in conjunction with the current Sponsorship Sales Director.
Since 1987, the Exchange Club of Naperville (exchangeclub.org and ribfest.net) has been an active mission-driven volunteer-run organization. The service organization is most recognized for its dedication and experience of raising money via its signature event, Ribfest, to support 55-plus local charities.
Proceeds from the Exchange Club of Naperville’s Ribfest – considered one of the Midwest’s premier food and music festivals – exceed more than $15.5 million, all donated to the prevention and elimination of child and domestic abuse.

Sponsorship Manager/Ribfest Job Description & Requirements
The Exchange Club seeks a sales professional to join the Ribfest sponsorship and business development team as Sponsorship Manager/Ribfest.
The ideal candidate will have experience in selling new sponsorships, the ability to enhance current relationships and to exhibit extreme attention to detail, as well as excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Requirements: 3-5 years experience in working with local, regional and national marketing business and marketing agencies and reliable personal transportation.
