Naperville Municipal Band presents ‘Game Day’

-

The third concert of the Naperville Municipal Band’s Summer Concert Series featured Game Day.

More than a thousand music-goers enjoyed sports and school themed compilations. In addition, concert-goers played stump the band for prizes. Several audience members sang tunes from their alma mater.

The Band will play every Thursday night beginning at 7:30PM through August 18. Concerts are open to the public and free of charge.

Conductor and Music Director Ron Keller returns to strike up the 100-member band, beginning his 51st year of leadership, a dream come true that began when he was 27 years old! Ann Lord again serves as concert moderator.

Each week also features an audience appreciation raffle featuring prizes from local businesses.
