Our mission is to help people find their match with the perfect animal.
Before any match, we look at the customer’s family situation, their lifestyle and even their work schedule and compare it with the animals we have at any given time. Then we counsel our customers into the right animal.
Of course, it’s very important for you to like the look of your new companion, so that is a huge part of what we do. We know our breeds and we’ll work hard to get the right dog, cat, fish, bird or reptile into the best situation for all concerned.
Now it’s not enough to make a perfect match. We need to make sure that we have all of the support supplies to make this new relationship work. From the best food, treats and toys on the market, to the knowledge to help guide you through the rough spots, That is our mission.
Frankly, we know our stuff. We love to put our knowledge to work. Nothing makes me happier than recommending a new food to solve a problem and getting the feedback that we got it right.
In my opinion adoption is the purest form of love. It requires a leap of faith for the adopter and the animal. When it works, the rewards for that trust are unbelievable. I love what we do!
