Editor’s Note: During a visit to the crash scene, we observed the speed limit along Ogden Avenue is 40 miles per hour. Observe all local speed limits which can vary throughout the city, depending whether the street is a federal or state road, major artery or neighborhood street.
Remember, the speed limit throughout Naperville is 25 miles per hour unless otherwise posted. Speed limits are even slower in school zones. Mind the rules of the road and always come to a complete stop at a four-way stop.
Monday afternoon a fender bender occurred at a four-way stop in a West Wind subdivision school zone. More than ever, pay attention when driving no matter what the speed limit. Watch out for the other guy.
