At approximately 11:09AM Thurs., Nov. 12, Naperville Police officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of Phaeton Ct. to check on the well-being of a subject.
Upon arrival, attempts to have the person exit his home to speak with officers was unsuccessful. Over the course of the next 8 hours negotiations with the individual continued.

At this time we have no further information. The police department would like to thank our residents who live in this area for their patience and understanding while this incident took place.
