Naperville Police Department is experiencing technical problems with non-emergency phone lines

-

Naperville Police
The Naperville Police Department is currently experiencing technical difficulties with non-emergency phone lines.

Callers that contact the non-emergency number of (630) 420-6666 and choose Option 0 or Option 1 will be disconnected.

We expect this issue to be resolved by mid-day Tuesday (11/10/2015).

If you need to contact the police department for a non-emergency issue, the dispatch center can be reached at (630) 420-6147 (24 hour availability) or you may contact the front desk at (630) 420-6665, between the hours of 8AM and 8PM.

It should be noted that the City’s 911 emergency number is unaffected by this problem.
