Last Fling Beer & Wine Tasting is Sunday

The Naperville Jaycees invites the members of the public to sample a variety of Sam Adams’s great tasting beers and savory food in a pleasant atmosphere at the 2015 Last Fling. The Taste of Sam Adams Beer Tasting and the Wine Tasting will take place at the Sponsor’s Tent at the Thomas Coffee Main Stage at Rotary Hill near the Bell Tower at noon on Sunday, Sept. 6.

The Sam Adams Beer Tasting will include the following beer selection: Boston Lager, Octoberfest, Rebel IPA, Rebel Rouser Double IPA, Rebel Rider IPA, Boston Ale, Sam Light, Cherry Wheat, Irish Read, Latitude 48, Cream Stout, Sam Adams Dark Depths, Sam Adams Cinder Block, Sam Adams Verloren, Sam Adams Honey Queen, Sam Adams, Double Bock, Sam Adams Tetravis, Sam Adams Stoney Brook Red, Sam Adams 13th Hour, Sam Adams New World. Ciders such as Crip Apple, Cinnful Apple, Green Apple, Hop N Mad Apple, Ginger, Dry, Iceman, Strawman, and Muse.

Traveler Beer Company, Coney Island Brewing and Twisted Tea Brewing Company will also sample these brews: Curious Traveler, Illusive Traveler, Jack-O Traveler, Coney Island Hard Rootbeer, Twisted Tea Original, Twisted Tea Half & Half, Twisted Strawberry Lime, Twisted Lemonade, and Twisted Watermelon Lemonade.

The Wine Tasting includes a souvenir 2015 Last Fling wine glass while supplies last. This popular event is first-come, first-serve. Wines may include: Delicious White Moscato, Romanet Unoaked Chardonnay, Duca D’Amalfi, Vldadige Biano, Badesco Super Tuscan, Sangiovese, Chevalier de Bayard, and Sangiovese Terre Siciliane.

Persons must be 21 years of age to participate, and the admission fee for each tasting includes food and is $15 dollars. For more information about these special events and many others through the weekend, visit www.lastfling.com.
