Adults are invited to celebrate resiliency and community at FunMattersToo, featuring Dueling Pianos with Dario Radio Network on Fri., Sept. 11 at Cress Creek Country Club.
Hosted by Team B2B and sponsored by Sequoia General Contracting Corp. and Caton Commercial Real Estate Group to benefit KidsMatter, the event will include dinner, cocktails, a silent auction and more.
Launched by Edward Hospital to combat the growing threat of substance abuse and other dangerous youth behaviors, KidsMatter sponsors a variety of initiatives to equip families to raise resilient kids who can say “no” to destructive choices and “yes” to endless possibilities.
Funds raised will underwrite programs such as Mental Health First Aid Training, Youth Volunteer and Job Fairs, Cyber Safety initiatives; and the ParentsMatterToo website, a confidential resource where parents can learn about parenting challenges and risky youth behaviors from local experts, and get connected to community resources.
Tickets must be purchased in advance for this adults-only event.
