Families are invited to visit Napleton’s Valley Hyundai Family Fun Land at Naper Settlement, 523 S. Webster Street, Naperville, IL as part of the Naperville Jaycees Last Fling 2015. Entry is free.
The popular play land will be open from 10AM-5PM Sat., Sept 5 and Sun., Sept. 6; and from 11AM to 5PM
Mon., Sept. 7.
Attractions will include Bounce Town inflatables, face painting by GAWI Entertainment, Princess and Superhero meet & greets by Princesscapades Princess Parties, Dutchman Heating and Cooling’s misting station, hairstyling from Boozle B’s, LEGO® play area, craft tent, TRex Explorer’s dinosaur bones, Indian Ridge Farms petting zoo and pony rides (small fee) and others.

The Napleton’s Valley Hyundai Family Fun Land stage features free entertainment. Highlights include a Stars Wars character meet & greet from 3-4PM Saturday; meet & greet with Calum (Dez) Worthy of Disney Channel’s “Austin & Ally,” 3-5PM Sunday; and the Ice Princess’ surprise Birthday party featuring a Frozen sing-along, themed crafts and meet & greet with the Snow Queen, Ice Princess and their friends, 2-4PM Monday, the final day of Last Fling 2015.
New for 2015 / Army Fun Zone
Acting as America’s Goodwill Ambassadors and educating today’s youth about peace; USAREC (US Army Recruiting Command) will play host to the first ever Army Fun Zone, located in Napleton’s Valley Hyundai Family Fun Land this year.
Children of all ages will have the chance to get up close and personal with some of the Army’s most advanced tactical equipment including an M113 Armored Personnel Carrier, HEMMIT truck wrecker, LMTV Troop Carrier, HMMWV HUMVEE, and an MRAP. There will be various tent stations available for camouflage face painting, customized dog tags, and pictures taken with a True American Soldier dressed in full Guile Suit. Activities will include a rock wall, bags tournament, fitness tester, and a scavenger hunt for the chance to win amazing prizes. US Army personnel; honored to wear the “new” camouflage design this year, will be available onsite all weekend to field questions and provide good clean fun.
Napleton’s Valley Hyundai Family Fun Land has various food vendors and a Business Expo area featuring family orientated businesses and organizations.

The Naperville Jaycees is a not-for-profit service organization with more than 100 young people dedicated to providing Naperville area residents with the opportunity to better themselves and to grow personally and professionally while giving through community service and fundraising efforts. Annual events include the Mardi Gras Fundraising Event, Food Giving, Easter Egg Hunt and countless other worthwhile projects that positively impact the community. The group also organizes and staffs the Last Fling in close cooperation with the City of Naperville, the Naperville Park District, numerous Naperville community organizations and hundreds of volunteers. Proceeds from the Last Fling are given to other nonprofit organizations in the community and throughout Du Page County. Over the past two decades, the Naperville Jaycees have raised and donated more than two million dollars to various organizations in the surrounding communities. Through recent partnership with the Naperville Chamber of Commerce Young Professional Network, dues for both organizations are now available at a Dual Membership Rate. Monthly Naperville Jaycee meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at Judd Kendall VFW located at 908 West Jackson Avenue in Naperville.
