This concert is it for 2014 summer season! The Naperville Municipal Band’s final concert, ‘Great Themes and Melodies,’ will be held at 7:30PM Thursday, Aug. 14 at the Community Concert Center, 104 E. The first 1,000 audience members to arrive in Central Park will have a chance to win one of four $25 gift certificates two from the local merchant supporting that evening’s performance and two from the band. The Early Learning Playscape Grand Opening – 4:30-6:30PM | Heritage Society Members
Naper Settlement will host a special preview of the fun features of the Playscape with Naperville’s only Splash Pad. The fort-themed playground also includes a Trading Post, Animal Track Path and many early learning experiences for youngsters. The Playscape opens to the public, weather permitting, on Fri., Aug. 15. Hours of operation and admission fees will be posted soon.
