The West Suburban Irish will hold the 2014 Quiz Night Championship at Quigley’s Irish Pub, 43 E. Jefferson Ave. in downtown Naperville, beginning at 7PM Tuesday night.
Trivia buffs are encouraged to assemble teams, not larger than 10, to test their knowledge and win prizes. Prizes are awarded at the end of each round in addition to overall points and best team name. Previous quiz play is not required for the Championship and every team starts at zero points.
Quiz play is free. Competition is stiff and challenging. No electronic devices are allowed. You can’t call home or phone a friend.
WSI Quiz Masters write the questions and answers. And all decisions by the judges are final.
The Championship categories are:
- What Just Happened?
- Cultured Chicago
- As Seen in Naperville …
- Is It Drafty in Here?
The web bonus question can be discovered at wsirish.org/quiz_night.htm.
Quiz night is the first Tuesday of most months, but will be on hiatus in July. It will return to Quigley’s August 5.
