Yoga at mklab / 4:30PM / Terry Quigley has been practicing yoga for over 13 years, and if you asked his daughters, they would tell you he believes yoga and grapefruit are the cures for anything and everything.
Quigley will be teaching a pair of new yoga classes on Sundays at the studios of mklab in downtown Naperville, 20 W. Jefferson St., 2nd floor.
The first class beginning at 4:30PM is 75 minutes to help students strengthen and lengthen the body while improving overall flexibility and balance. The second class beginning at 6PM, is 60 minutes and will set students up in restorative and supported versions of poses and stay for longer times. Bodies and minds will release into deeper relaxation-and-yoga sutras and other topics will be introduced.
All yoga class fee proceeds in the month of February 2014 will be donated to the “Breast Cancer Research Foundation” Sign up early as space is limited.
