On Friday, January 31, at approximately 4:14PM Naperville Police responded to a 9-1-1 call at the Stardust, 890 E. Ogden Ave., in regards to an armed robbery. Initial investigation revealed that the suspect entered the lobby area, displayed a knife and demanded money. The suspect obtained an undisclosed amount of currency and fled from the scene. The victim did not sustain any injuries.
The suspect is described as follows:
Male, black, 20-30 years old, approximately 6 ft., stocky build, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and dark pants.
Naperville Police units searched the area but were not able to locate the offender. The case remains under investigation by the Naperville Police Department.
