Alert! BNSF track work will increase horn usage in eastern portion of Naperville from January 24 to 26

Due to signal work taking place from January 24 to 26, residents in the eastern portion of Naperville along the railroad tracks can expect increased train horn usage and associated noise.

The BNSF Railway will be performing signal work between Hinsdale and Lisle from 8AM to 4:30PM. all three days. During this time, trains will be using their horns more frequently than normal. BNSF work vehicles and contractor work vehicles will be very active on and around BNSF mainline tracks.

Although there is no actual work being performed in Naperville, the eastern portion of Naperville along the tracks can expect to hear significantly more horn usage than normal during this time period.
