Family Shelter Service Director of Programs Jen Gabrenya has been selected by Community Memorial Foundation and Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) for its Ladder to Leadership Program.
The objective of the new program is to boost the skills and capabilities of emerging leaders working in health and health-related nonprofit organizations in order that they can assume greater leadership roles.
“Healthy communities need strong organizations, and strong organizations need strong leaders,” stated Greg DiDomenico, president and CEO of Community Memorial Foundation in the recent news release.
Following an extensive application process and face-to-face interviews, Gabrenya was selected as one of 14 area professionals to participate in the Ladder to Leadership Program.
